90+1 was founded in 2026, but the idea goes back much further. Years before the name 90+1 existed, football trips were already being put together for friends, family and other football lovers. Those trips shaped a way of looking beyond the match itself. What is the story behind both teams? Which stand fits the fixture? Which player is worth keeping an eye on? And just as important: which pub or restaurant do you visit before or after the game?
The foundation is almost 300 matches attended. From Champions League nights to lower league football, from derbies in Belgium to big matches in Italy, from the Galácticos of Madrid to the bottom tiers of English football. That experience comes back in the way 90+1 works: personal, practical and with an eye for travel, football culture and matchday.
What 90+1 does
90+1 organises custom-made football trips. Sometimes it starts with a club that has been on your list for years. Sometimes with a stadium, a derby, a cup tie or a groundhopping weekend. From there, 90+1 looks at which destination, match and trip fit your wishes, budget and way of travelling. It can also work the other way around: when the date is already fixed, 90+1 looks for a match that fits the trip.
After that, you receive a proposal with the key parts of the trip: match, and if preferred, accommodation and transport. The layer around the game is also included: the city, the route to the stadium and the moments before or after the match. An evening match in England is different than a weekend in Germany. That is why 90+1 starts with the football trip you want to make.
The role of 90+1
90+1 is personal and direct. You are in contact with someone who knows football travel first-hand and thinks along about the match, route and stand. The experience comes from stadium visits and knowledge of the countries where 90+1 is active. That makes it possible to think along with the choices that give your trip more colour.
90+1 operates independently from clubs, competitions and official ticket platforms. Club names, stadium names and competition names are used descriptively, to make clear what a trip is about. Match schedules, kick-off times and ticket availability may change.
